Northeast to Celebrate Spring With Snow

Spring officially arrives tonight, but an impending snowstorm apparently didn’t get the memo. Northeastern states can expect frigid temperatures and anywhere from 3 to 6 inches of snow on Friday, giving those between Virginia and Massachusetts one last taste of winter storms.
