Thanks for the information about Farnoosh Brock's smoothies
Here is my most favorite smoothie. Chocolate ice cream and bananas and strawberries. Try vanilla ice cream with blueberries, cherries, and walnuts. :-[
Green smoothies are nutritious but taste terrible. Here is one green smoothie. Kale mixed with spinach, and pineapple chunks or pineapple juice.

The pineapple doesn't help the taste of the greens?

Had my first smoothie today. A recipe given by my gym.
And it's delicious and give me a lot of energy to burn working out.
Here's the recipe:
2 Oranges
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 banana
I hooked that bad boy up in my new Nutri Ninja, and it's awesome!
But I don't love the dairy. So I'm gonna substitute fresh orange juice for milk to cut down on the dairy.
I'll be trying the Ninja 9 recipe next. That looks really awesome.

Ninja 9!
Ah man....
This smoothy is awesome! It's a vegetable smoothy in the Nutri Ninja recipe book.
And it's so exciting and delicious!

Ah man....
These smoothies are so fulling that I can do a fast one day a week.
Whew! With that Ninja 9, my belly feels like it's exploding with food!
I mean,
What is it? ::confused::
Is it fiber in the raw vegetables making me feel like I ate something solid and heavy?
