Ouch! Me Arms Are Sore

There's a new instructor at the gym...

He's a real sergeant. Hits really hard on weight lifting.

I like him. 

But I can tell that most of the ladies don't.  ::LOL::

They bugging on him.  ::LOL::

Me arms still sore.


But I'm still going to the club today.

I'll be there for his 5:30 class today.

Off to gym.

Arms feel much better.


Pain almost gone.


Rest of pain will be finished off tomorrow. 


I like the new guy. He's awesome. 


But he wasn't in today. He'll be back tomorrow.

He's a homely old man.

So the reason I like him has nothing to do with sex.

I like that he's a hell of an instructor. In my opinion, the best one that the club got.
