Goooo Wiiinnnddddiiieeesss !

#3
we need a win

The pace of the game expected to be slower than was experienced in Johannesburg.

It will also allow the bowlers the room they need to find their lines and lengths,

something West Indies have struggled with so far....

#5
Gayle has not scored an ODI century in 14 matches games,

dating back to June 2013,and has only managed one fifty in that time.

He needs to summon some of his 20-over form while his team-mates need a greater

commitment to forming partnerships, which may only come with some circumspection....

#6
West Indies have a contest to crawl back into.

We need more in all departments !!

Windies won the toss and elected to bat ...........

1.1 ov ....Philander to Smith, OUT, good length, swings away a bit, takes a thin outside edge and caught behind! What a start for Philander, right on the mark, great length, Smith coming forward to play around middle and off stumps but it swung away just enough to take the outside edge and carried low to de Villiers who got down well to take the catch

#9
3.4 overs .Philander to Gayle, OUT, fuller and touch wider, Gayle tries to drive this and nicks it behind! Loose drive from Gayle, beaten by a bit of away movement and it's a thin edge through to de Villiers. Huge wicket, classic bowling from Big Vern

Vernon running through WI .....

#10
37 - 3 after 10

8.6
Steyn to Deonarine, OUT, back of a length just outside off, Deonarine tries to back to leg and

uppercut but get a thick edge to first slip, Amla can only parry it at first slip but de Villiers reacts

to take the catch! The 150th ODI wicket for Steyn.

N Deonarine c รขโ‚ฌย de Villiers b Steyn 10
