I agree with you that Dershowitz is a scumbag. He's a loud mouth who has/had many powerful friends in government and the Jewish lobby. That's the secret of his so-called successful and reputable legal career.
It's about time someone took him to task. Good for those two lawyers to file suit against him for defamation.
The Lawyers beat him to the punch by suing him first for defamation.
He even threatened to try to have them disbarred but now he will have to be deposed under oath and all this will be made public
