Kim Jong Un: I'm Open to S. Korea Talks

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said he is open to a summit with South Korea. "If the atmosphere and environment is there, there is no reason not to hold a high-level summit (with South Korea),” he said in his New Year's address to the nation. On Monday, South Korea proposed reopening stalled talks between the two enemy nations to discuss issues, such as reunions for families separated during the Korean War.

Bush went after Iraq looking for WMD. Obama is going after NKorea blaming them for hackinging Sony without disclosing detaill of their analysis while others believe it was an inside job by an ex employee of Sony.
