The Medical Examiner's office has determined Tamir Rice's death was a homicide. Now, what happens next? Different states have different procedures. The governor of Ohio has the ability to call for a special prosecutor. However, that republican governor the case will get brushed under the rug as soon as possible.
I am truly saddened for that murdered boy's family.
