The Medical Examiner's office has determined Tamir Rice's death was a homicide. Now, what happens next? Different states have different procedures. The governor of Ohio has the ability to call for a special prosecutor. However, that republican governor the case will get brushed under the rug as soon as possible.
I am truly saddened for that murdered boy's family.

Damn... Now it's a 12 year old. What will they do now? Create a police record of him robbing stores? I swear, I don't see how a war between US citizens and the police is not coming our way soon because the police keep pushing it to that. It almost seems like they want a war against civilians.
