There is nothing to congratulate . If these two represent non limited overs cricket in the WestIndies then let cricket there die a painfully slow death . I would not pay to see these two bat an it is no wonder that there are no one in the stands.
Cricket is about entertainment and batsmen like these aren't providing any .
I would blame the likes if Chanderpaul where a whole generation is growing up believing that this is what batsman ship is like and are turned off of cricket.

It is an achievement to score the first centuaries of the competition and whilst you have a right not to pay to see these guys, a Test match is over a 5 day period and there are 11 players with different approaches and techniques. Brathwaite is an opener and it is clear he has improved. His role is crease occupation and his SR is improving. Haynes SR was actually only 44.67 and Greenidge's 49.02! Not exactly express pace were they?

As indicated Haynes' SR was 44.67 so is he to be blamed for those following him? I think Shiv has inspired many in appreciating the value of their wicket and crease occupation. Yet Blackwood does not have Shiv's appoach, does he? Dwayne Smith and Gayle also came after Shiv and they have their own styles so you should be commending Shiv for his positive contributions. Samuels SR is 48.54, how does that stack up with you? Is that dominating to you? Sarwan is slightly less at 46.79! The great Kanhai was 47.64 but he dominated at times!
