The Guyana Jaguars Copied Another Team's Logo?

I found out recently that the new Guyana Jaguars team logo looks very similar to the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars Team Logo. Links to the logos are below

Looks like a copy and paste with a sprinkling of photoshop to me. Hope no drama comes from this if it's true
