Anybody Got a Recipe for Brown Stew Chicken?

I'll prolly experiment and create one myself.


I know I can put some brown sugar, thyme, and tomato paste in it. I'm a pretty good and inventive cook, so I should be able to kick out a brown stew chicken.  ::LOL::

I experimented and kicked out a divine Greek Chicken recipe so I'm sure I can do the same with a West Indian brown stew chicken recipe.
