Did they lose again? I got caught up in a throng of Jets fans at Penn Station in New York today, don't know if they were returning or attending. Anyway, It flummoxes me how Rex Ryan gets to keep his job, he must have multiple tapes of people in the Jets organization doing unsavoury things with farm animals!
I am pulling back on Rex Ryan and my sorrow for him. I was sorry because I looked at drafting Geno as Idziks work alone. I am not so sure now. the problem is the Jets..the kind of team they are drafting a QB.
the Jets are an idiot team that requires an experienced QB..not an inexperienced rookie upon whom the entire load of a poorly constructed is tossed.
Geno's problem is his bad luck to be drafted by this Jets team. Jets ownership/management are idiot period.. Geno has ability but look at the team they gave him to lead. they have no secondary on defense. they traded away Revis with no one to replace him. they have poor special teams. they have a solid run defense and some pass rushing ability but that.s it
on offense they have a mediocre running game, very poor pass receiving, a somewhat better offensive line this year after Geno almost got killed last year. they have tens of millions in the bank, huge salary cap space and a rotten team on the field. all of this they put on Geno Smith..a 2 year QB and expect him to lead them to the play-off's.
had Geno been drafted by any other team he he would have been sat down as a QB to be developed in time. in new york they told him to lead them to the post season or else...
what a joke! the Jest have a billionaire owner who is an idiot, he refuses to spend money to build his team and they draft like fools. if you are a fan of the Jets you need to get another team to support
I'm telling you Rex Ryan has secret files on the upper echelons of peeps in his organization. There is no way any man, in any profession be it sanitation worker to physicist who would be able to keep their job with Rex's track record.
