A WASTE OF FREAKING TIME.  IF THAT IS ALL GANGA HAVE TO SAY HE SHUD SHUT HIS MOUTH...UNLESS HE WANTS TO CURRY FAVOR WITH THE WICB/REGIONAL ELITES... FOR SOME PERSONAL GAIN HE HAS IN MIND

we should note that that is what the wicb has already done..set up a 'committee to investigate'.  skunt Ganga is late with his stalling, time-wasting protocol.  its already done, implemented.
