1st Test: Australia v Pakistan at Dubai

Dubai: Australian skipper Michael Clarke praised record century maker Younis Khan as a "gentleman of the game" after the Pakistani notched a century in each innings in the first Test on Saturday.

Younis hit an unbeaten 103, following up his 106 in the first knock, to help Pakistan set Australia a big 438-run target to win in Dubai.

Australia were tottering at 59-4, still needing 379 runs or bat all through the fifth day on Sunday to avoid a defeat in the two-match series.

Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, Inzie and Miandad, arguably Pakistan's 4 greatest batsmen.

You clearly did not see Zaheer Abbas and Majid Khan.

I see Warner was dismissed for 29 ending his consecutive 50-plus score streak at six and thus failed to equal the record held jointly by Shiv.

Australia in trouble at 163/7 (70 ov). There are still a minimum of 43 overs left in the day with 11 overs until the new ball. Smith and Johnson have put on 58 in 23 overs.

Younis Khan is the Man of the Match

" Thank you to my followers for the support. Fans back home, media, family, friends, for working with me. I came here a week earlier.

Laughs when asked there was no contribution by the board] Board wanted and I wanted to play.

There was a situation when I didn't want to play. My family motivated me. They said there maybe records created. I am thankful to them.
