Why would the Board call the tour off? They have no reason to do so. That should give you a hint.
[size=14pt]when it comes to the law we must always be mindful of WHO MADE THE LAW, WHERE, WHEN AND WHY..and as a result who gains advantage from the law as it is.
the law is an elitist construct, totally representative of elitist interest and maintain the status quo that we all know is totally rigged. the law works for the rich not the poor and ordinary. SO THERE IS NO STARTING POINT WE CAN CALL PROPER RELATIVE TO THE LAW..so why in the hell must we come down on the players for not being proper relative to the law ::confused::
from my experience in a court of law justice is not the point but who has the best representation and can twist the law to suit their interest. also in a court of law it is who you are not what you did. if you rich it does not matter what you did. if you poor it does.[/size]
so I am not concerned much about the law as a tool of/for justice. it is not. my side is my side regardless. that is just pure common sense, for the rich will never be on our side. and that is where I stand. my job is to beat the law, repeal all of it and bring about a day when the law can reflect the interest of all. that is the day when justice becomes possible.
I am for Bravo and the players regardless, as a working man myself..as an ordinary person. and we have to beat the law now..even if we have to reconstitute all of west indies cricket..which is an essential and urgently needed job right now

No. The players made the decision not to participate further on the tour. That decision however, was communicated by the WICB viz Richie's email to the BCCI.
17 October - 2:00 pm Mr. Richie Richardson sent a mail to the BCCI stating the following:'Despite agreeing to play the 4th ODI in Dharamshala, regrettably, the current West Indies players have decided that they will not participate any further in this tour and wish to return home after this match.

Wait for what? Can't you read Maps? The BCCI (not WIPA, Bravo or WICB) posted the contents of the correspondences. It's clear as daylight that the players took the decision not to participate further on the tour.
