I'm not ignoring your attempts to evade a perfectly simple and straightforward question the answer to which you know perfectly well.

No one cares what Muhammed did or did not do during his lifetime.  What matters now is how Sharia Law is practiced.  You know perfectly well that in most Muslim countries where Sharia law is practiced the penalty for apostasy is death.

You asked me for a precedent where a Muslim court applying Sharia law sentenced a person to death for apostasy.  I did as you asked.  You don't like the truth but it's there for all to see. 8)
