1st ODI: Australia v Pakistan at Sharjah

What a woeful performance from Pakistan's batsman, especially in light of their poor showing in the t20. Their top order really dug themselves in a hole that they couldn't get out of. Nathan Lyon put up some nice numbers again. Odds seem stacked in Australia's favour that this will be a 3-0 whitewash.

Pak had this in the bag up until that idiot Afridi swung like a rusty gate and got out.  They needed only a run a ball.  Umar Akmal is a lovely player to watch but he couldn't do it on his own.

Afridi really is a pain in the ass and they still keep persisting with him..and it really baffles many.
The odds are heavily stacked in Aus favor that this is a 3-0 whitewash.
He flung it off at a critical juncture and it all sparked a collapse.
