Point taken about the franchise but Sarwan is always going to be Guyanese. They will always be his own people and no franchise will ever change that.

Guyana is not a county in an imagined West indies, is it?

The Franchise prime purpose is to ensure the best players play, to some extent regenerate interest and the brand.

Whether Sarwan has rejected Guyana or vice versa, there is rejection for some reason so split hairs and play with semantics if you wish.

It would be brilliant for him if he does well but I am not holding my breath.
