Whether Ford is manipulating Blacks for their votes with promises of trinkets like a new basketball court for the community center or promises to stick it to Gays, is still manipulation.
Look at Ford's record when it comes to educational and social programs which benefit Black youth in poor neighbourhoods. It's piss poor. He has cut and slashed and voted against all forms of social assistance for poor and marginalized people in these communities. But like brainless sheep they continue to vote for him. Quite the paradox indeed.
