He can do jack shit tbh, the batting is just weak as piss, especially without Shakib. They should take care of that department. And in fairness they get a few tests far and between, so that doesn't really help either.

But yeah it's the batting that's at fault.

Even if shakib gets back it still will look fragile especially if there is a top order collapse..
Also..YES..No denying that..They need better exposure and they need to change their perspective in how they go abt things.It is going to be a tough makeover.
