Good to have someone focused on developing skillsets.

Do you know what Lewis' credentials for this role are?

Good move......

You dont know BUT it is a "good move " : oh well ... *sigh*

Legspinner Rawl Lewis had an undistinguished entry to Test cricket.

In his first three Tests for West Indies, he bowled 97.3 overs. Of those 585 balls 1 got an OUT :

That single strike had cost Lewis 318 runs

In November 2010 he was appointed a project officer in the West Indies Cricket Board':

Operations department.

Is this ambiguous? I feel it is an area to develop as I do not think there are any Windian a on the elite panel so to develop skills

Lewis may not be the person and he may be....I know of his game but is he an umpire or has he done something to place him well to do this. Is this ambiguous?

Good move......
