CLT20 :Mumbai names Captain

Kieron Pollard has been named Mumbai Indians captain for the Champions League Twenty20

after Rohit Sharma was ruled out with injuries.

He had been captain of Barbados Tridents, winners of the Caribbean Premier League this season.

Pollard has played 96 games for Mumbai Indians, :

in which he has scored 1778 runs 

but ...but ..... drum roll , please  !!!

at a Strike Rate of : 144.31  ::LOL::

he also took 53 wickets .

An ideal guy fro captaincy. I am not sure why people are against him.
