De Villiers wary of Australian backlash

South Africa captain AB de Villiers remained wary of an Australian unit eager to right the wrongs incurred during last week's historic defeat to Zimbabwe, ahead of Tuesday's key tri-series fixture at the Harare Sports Club.

With Morne Morkel out of the reckoning and nursing a shoulder injury,it remains to be seen if SA can maintain the standards.
Anything can happen no and the tournament is wide open.
It would do a world of good if Zimbabwe make it to the triseries finals. They might get some sponsors and those cricketers there can have a better future, just lending a thought.Tongue

Meh. Let's see though. I do expect Oz to fight back. But not that sure either. Despite the loss, it's still great to have Clarkeh back tbh - so there's hope.

AB just do your stuff and send the Aussies skittling mate.....

Go Saffers....

He took some time off as he's 'drained out' apparently. Fair enough. And he's expecting his first child, so there might be that too Smile

A great effor by Faf in this match to keep SA in the match single handedly. At this point of time I think he is cementing his place as one of the top batsmen in the world and will be playing a huge role at the top of the order for SA going into the World Cup. It really is high time that the team won a major tournament.
