I'm sure it won't be any better than Windows 8. It will more than likely be worse. I hate how microsoft always has to fix things that aren't broken. In the past they've been really innovative. Operating systems like Windows 95, XP, and Windows 7 were great improvements to their predecessors. Windows 8 is not an improvement and neither will Windows 9 be. The reason the other ones were improvements was because they added features and functionality to Windows without drastically changing the way Windows works. Windows 8 completely changes the way Windows works without bringing too much new to the table.

It's not about bringing something innovative to the table. Mostly it's about upgrading to compete with the technology. As technology marches on, you can't use the same old OS as you used to.
For example, have you ever tried using MS DOS on your computer from this day and age?
