Navin Chandarpal seriously ill

Former Minister of Agriculture, Navin Chandarpal is seriously ill and is being treated in a United States hospital.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Navin Chanderpaul and his wife at a common relative's home a few years ago in Guyana. They are both very gracious and noble individuals.
  He has been a Party stalwart and "Cheddie loyalist" since his student days at UG.
Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery.

Wonderful understanding of Science he imparted to us !

I had heard that he was seriously ill sometime back.  Good to know he is hanging in (hopefully) and wish him the best.

Mes, I am talking back in the mid 70s when Navin was barely a 21- 22 year old UG grad :

while working in the Phys Lab at my alma mater.

I was gonna write Phys, Chem and Ad maths ....

He was a wonderful Brain to tap !  8)
