If Amla got enough support then the match could have another result. Anyway happy to see Dilshan back in form. Series is level now, fingers are crossed.

Oi Gina, long time no see! Big Grin

And yeah wondering the same. I think it's probably preperation for worldcup where he can have a graceful retirement kinda thing. I think it's pretty lame tbh. Especially since he can't bowl.

BTW where's Faf? Injued?

No, Faf's there. If I'm not mistaken he did some fielding in yesterday's game. There just doesn't seem to be room in the team for him and Kallis.

I'm not in favour of Kallis being allowed a graceful retirement if it costs the team the world cup, which could just happen. I haven't read it yet, but just found this discussion of the Kallis question on CricInfo.

Wow they're making Faf sit out because he doesn't fit in? That's super retarded. And yes I agree. Faf should play the decider IMO.

Especially since Kallis doesn't bowl for whatever reason, he shouldn't be there at all. With all due respect to the great man.

Kallis was injured in the build up to the warm-up game and has apparently not been fit to bowl. It was suggested that he will bowl tomorrow. I suppose that's when we'll find out if he still has something to contribute to the team.

As much as I hate to say it, Faf probably has more to contribute at this stage, especially if you consider that he's one of our best fielders.

Yep. And let's see, but I do agree. Not a horrendous bowler himself - I mean a handy parttimer clearly. And absolutely top quality bowler and fine top order batsman.

Anywho guess Kallis is gonna play today anyway.

You were right. Kallis did play. And failed again. And once again he didn't bowl.
