yes they are...heavy government killers..at least Russia was but is now a moderating force in world affairs.  I dont know if the Russian government at home is still killing Russians by the bushel.  but from their prosperity and quick current developmental pace I suspect that that is not now the case.

China remains a problem but the Chinese have always been very populous and massive killers of their own.  but their movement in the world is  calculated as aggressive at the moment.  far from that they are a firce for development and prosperity

but it is GOVERNMENT targeted in the video as major killers of mankind.  well why has government been and are the major killers of humanity... and why are they targeted in this manner..and wager a lot more already and to come ::confused::
