That's a good thing. Less inbreeding would produce less negative mutants. There are so many boys born hemophiliacs, mentally impaired, and other challenges. I think those ailments have been due to breeding with people within a family. Also consider a township where there have been very few  of visitors. That would mean that there have been less people having children from outside that town's gene pool. That would be a form of inbreeding.
