For players and spectators, the unholy alliance of Hillaire, Gibson, and Sammy had taken every ounce
of enjoyment from the game; and stripped it of its West Indian flavour.
Hillaire and Sammy are now gone, hopefully never to return, but the confused and clueless Gibson

Throughout the test match, we saw Curtly Ambrose working with the bowlers (and the team)
which begs the question : why is Gibson still on payroll ?
Isn’t he supposed to be a bowling coach ?
