New Zealand have confirmed the appointment of Craig McMillan as batting coach for the upcoming tour of the West Indies. McMillan handed batting job The 37-year-old represented the Kiwis between 1995 and 2007, with the right-handed batsman making his Test debut against Australia in an international career which included over 300 caps in all forms of the game.
