Reading, lots of reading, music, lots and lots of music & playing ring games!!! Oh and eating yummy delicious bulla cakes (soup cake as I called them then) baked by my grandmother! Wonderful childhood!!

They were tears of ecstasy and joy Googs. 8)

I loved writing letters so I had pen-pals all over Guyana and a few from India, US and England.

then i started collecting stamps received from those correspondence

have no idea what happened with the collection or the pan pals

except for this one young man from Berbice who actually came to visit and ask home to marry me ::LOL::

he had a full mouth of gold teeth.....and the rest is history ::LOL::
