I don't think Kanhai gets overlooked. I think it's more that most folks who think of WI cricket today remember from Lloyd's side onwards. Sobers is remembered because he is still considered the greatest all rounder to play the game.

You only have to look at the number of persons who named their son Rohan to know how much Kanhai was known and loved in the Caribbean.

I will agree that most folks who think of that world cup final only remember Lloyd"s knock.

Despite Kanhai not having a 50 test average I don't think you will find anyone arguing against his greatness.
