The rivalry between these two subcontinent giants is regarded as one of the biggest in the world, if not the biggest. So, I always get excited when these two teams are in competition against each other. This should be an exciting match and I am looking forward to it.

The last meeting ( click )

between India and Pakistan in Mirpur, in March 2012 :

was Sachin Tendulkar last ODI appearance.

This is a marquee clash and if both teams perform to their potential,it might as well be a intriguing game.Oops but for that to happen both must rise their level up a bit.India's bowlers need to step up the ante and at least bowl in a mediocre way, they were pathetic even against Bangladesh.Let's see how this unfurls.

Congrats Afghan! Poor stuff from Bangbros though. But in fairness - no Shakib or Tamim in their XI.

They've really got to sort their fielding out first, and then their batting. Not good at all - they let it slip away from them.

What a great win for Afghan.

Looking forward to this hell yeah.
Pakistan batting is fragile as hell. Their best bet is to win toss, bowl first and chase it down - but again they're not so good at chasing usually either, anything 250+. Looking forward to an interesting encounter though.

Any guesses on who might win today. It is the most anticipated match of this Asia cup.The teams are meeting each other after champions trophy and a lot has happened within that time.
Pakistan have to back themselves too, they were not upto the mark against afghans.
