So you are basing a 50 overs competition to select a T20 team.
If you are to do stuff like that then Miller, amongst others, would be in the test team.
With respect to Sarwan, in my view, far too under prepared but if you had to have a punt it would be against Ireland.

For the T20s the only real change I would have made to the playing 11 would be Gayle, Sammy and Samuels and the perennial International failure Smith. Fill that with whoever but I would have Lil Bravo in.
Ok I can see your point about Barvo but he has a good technique and I think those types of players can play orthodox shots and still ahve a high strike rate.
I am hardly in favour of youngsters playing in this format but in his case like Sachin, Dravid etc he can be successful so I would include him.
I would say that apart from those guys who have honed their techniques before T20 the others will fail at any other format.
That said many of the India youngsters like Rehane, Dahwan and Kholi proves my theory wrong.
