Breaking: ICC Board defers any decision on Big Three draft proposals following heated meeting in Dubai

From June 2014, a BCCI official will become chairman of ICC Board.

There will be three major ICC events in each four-year cycle, including the Champions Trophy which will replace the World Test Championship.

Now question is which country will host ICC Champions Trophy. The current window is June 2017, not ideal for any country other than England.
