How Can WI Get Out Of The Rut?

The team that once ruled the world seem to be sinking further and further in world cricket. No change of coach or captain or players seem to make any significant difference. Improvements are only brief and the setbacks always seem to wipe out any improvements. What is the problem and how can they be resolved?

For some years now the West Indies' has excelled in the art of making the opposition appearing to be better than they really are. Batting collapse has followed batting collapse as bowlers preened themselves with flattering figures against impatient and ill-equipped batsmen. Meanwhile, wayward bowling by bowlers who seem incapable of mastering even basic skills has allowed batsmen to run up huge numbers, almost as if they were stockpiling runs in a time of plenty because they knew a time of scarcity would come along soon enough

Windies players and the WICB establishment have dug themselves such a deep hole it will take some doing to get themselves out of it...........and sadly it won't happen in my lifetime.

The fact is they have no idea ......

When AUS toured WI, everyone said it was a team re-building, an 'A' team ..... so how come they've re-built so quickly??  WICB mentality is down the tube and downright embarrassing !!!
