we call it PEAS and rice. not rice and peas but PEAS and rice...so there must be a 'conglammeration' of peas in the pot that rivals the rice, that tends to be very numerous.
and this is the time of the year when the pidgeon peas come in..christmas to carnival...with sorrel and mauby! :-[ :-[ :-[
