That there is roasted rack of lamb on a bed of pureed  spinach , garnished with sun dried tomatoes .
Dem is good food

VB .. dat there is roasted bigan stuffed wid bigan choka , garnished wid corriander and tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic  vinegar
