#1
when they ask what are your weaknesses.

what do you say!

#2
pertaining to the particular job?......the truth.

I work in accounting but I tend to transpose numbers!!!!

the important question & answer is......how do you overcome that weakness.

#3
"i tend to take my work home"

#4
is that a weakness?

#5
an individual may see that as a "weakness" in themself

but i bet an employer won't

#6
i tend to bring my work home with me because my personality likes to complete projects to the best of my ability and deliver a product that is 100% to my satisfaction

I have to take more effort in leaving work at work so i can have that much needed mental break.

Another weakness of mine isย  a darn..i cant remeber it now

#7
I never take work home

if necessary....i would rather go in early or stay in late and do what has to get done

once i walk out that office door......it is ME time.

#8
you're not supposed to give what would be considered a strength as a weakness, ie: i tend to overwork myself, i hate making mistakes, etc etc

i think i told them, i sometimes find myself taking failure and being incorrect personal. in the past year...tell some bs story where i learned a lesson...and now i feel that im really learning from others and find personal growth in my mistakes.

blah blah
