After scoring only 1 hundred in 15 matches for Derbyshire in the 2013 season, the Maximum Leader made amends and  scored an excellent hundred in the practice match in India.

Good to see other players in the runs also----Deonarine was unfortunate to miss out on a hundred.

Deonarine lbw Imtiaz Ahmed 94

Good fifties by Powel and Darren Bravo.

HIS  HUNGER FOR RUNS

The Rev now believes that the WICB and coach Gibson did the Maximum Leader a great favor when they dropped him from onedayers. At age 39 the great man is hungrier for runs than ever---He has a quenchless, voracious and insatiable appetite for runs.

That's right Mr. Chairman. The Maximum Leader's gluttony and yearning for runs almost matches the Rev's voracious and insatiable appetite for quality sushi.  Big Grin hahahaha

Rev ,

Dont want to spoil ya parade , but its a practice match against a poor team .

The parade should be when he does it in the next two matches and don't runout any one.

Soca, if the rest of the WI team can't make trippe figures against a "poor team" what will they do against a "rich" team?  Big Grin Big Grin

Soca:

The Maximum leader to date has scored 10,830 test runs at an average of 51.62 with 28 hundreds and 61 fifties-----the great man has nothing else to prove----every run from henceforth is just a bonus.

You mentioned the Maximum leader scoring runs against a poor team.

Well Ms Soca, the Rev wishes to remind you that the Maximum leader has scored 2038 runs at an average of 65.74 with 7 hundreds and 10 fifties against TEAM INDIA.

Rev, the maximum leader has followed nicely in the footsteps of his coach, the great Rohan Kanhai who averaged 62.7 against India, with 63.75 on Indian soil!  Tongue
