On  a serious note, it seems reasonable that the WICB should be representative of its people and to that end your suggestion about the composition of the selection panel appears reasonable as it inclusive.

I also believe that great non black players should be equally celebrated but I am not holding my breath for the like of Stolly, Charlie Davis and many others of that ilk to be included.
