Bharat is actually very commonly used and all official documents use it. India is used only for English conversations. Stupid, I know. Much rather have the entire country called Bharat because that's what it's called in every language except English.

The Indians who came to the Westindies were pioneers in the field of out sourcing . Since the sugar plantations could not be moved to I ndia ,it was natural for the workers to move to the Westindies and hence the launching of outsourcings .
Think about it , without them there would be no Infosys or Winpro
