BRAMPTON— The City of Brampton has hired Marilyn Ball as Chief, Planning and Infrastructure Services, a new title that will replace the position of Commissioner, Planning, Design and Development.
The planning commissioner’s job has been vacant since last October when John Corbett was appointed the city’s new CAO, a position that used to be called “City Managerâ€.
It’s all part of a major organizational restructuring the city is undergoing, details of which will be revealed in a report to council from Corbett next month, according to city officials.
