Don't know the guy; probably before my time!
  But there were two brothers who taught maths and physics there - Subhas Ramkeerat and (Ketchim, help me here - cannot remember the name of the other brother).

The 2 brothers that taught me Pure & Applied Math  and Physics

were the Ramkeerats....

I do not recall any Ramharraks ...
