Storm-tossed boulders the size of golf carts are forcing the city to rebuild a section of Red Hill Creek that was moved in an unprecedented effort five years ago.

Hamilton spent $7 million to reroute 7.6 kilometres of the creek to make room for the controversial Red Hill Parkway that opened in 2007. At the time, it was billed as the longest rebuilt stretch of urban waterway in North America.
