Strong penalties are needed to prevent others contemplating similar acts. You would hope that punishing the team, as well as the individual(s) involved, would serve as a strong deterrent.

It was proved as well i guess that the team had no involvement..Why ban the unit..
Well technically the Complete outfit isn't suspended,they can revive themselves if they are sponsored by another company,maybe under another name.
