The Kardashian kids—and their wannabe fifth sibling Kris Jenner—are suing their former step mom for holding on to their late father’s personal property: his diary, photo albums, and family photographs. They say, according to his will, that the items belong to them. Ellen Pearson, who was married to Kris’s ex Robert Kardashian for two months before his death in 2003, reportedly licensed these personal items to the owner of In Touch and Life & Style magazines, which resulted in the publication of a variety of negative stories about the Kardashian klan, including one claiming that Kris was an abusive mother.
