Future Shop was owned by an Iranian born acquaintance of mine. He sold it for U$1billion to Best Buy. I don't know if he is still alive though. He was already in his seventies when we were first introduced by an Iranian friend of mine. Nice guy and very generous when we went out for dinner. Once he covered a bill of about U$1500 on a meal for 10 at the Royal China restaurant in Bayswater in London. Best Chinese meal evening I ever had as well.
