i haven't had an active credit card since i was 18.
i want one with 0% apr initially so i can move my smaller debts onto it. any credible sources for this?

Scotiabank has a great Gold Visa
covers all insurance when you travel.....cancellation, medical, etc.
plus cashback (can't remember if it is 3% or 5%)
(there is a $99 yr fee)....but it's worth it for the insurance alone if you travel often.
oh oh!!....you can't get it.....cause you are americano!!! ::lol::

try anything associated with a MC. they usually have good rates
but i dont know what to tell you for use in the US

plus IF he can get Air Miles for every 100 bucks transferred ..
a Bonus will be not paying any Taxes this year..
