No retreat from gov't, opposition on Rohee appointment - chairman - 11-10-2012
There is no sign of either the government or the opposition backing down from their positions on the latter’s call for Home Minister Clement Rohee’s removal from that post.
The political din literally reached a crescendo on Thursday when MPs from the APNU and AFC banged and shouted the minister into silence forcing Speaker Raphael Trotman to adjourn the sitting to November 22.
