The North Koreans are smart to reject food aid from the Empire, most likely it would be laced with some poison or mind altering chemical. America would not do it for philantrophic reasons, they use food as a weapon.
Assuming that the food aid is genuine , would they provide lyposuction when the North Koreans becomes obese?

Ketchem missile fails numerous times on the wukbench but that never deter him as he refuels and prepares to relaunch.
